Challenge :: Create greater brand awareness in a competitive market by highlighting the software provider’s “Points of Pride,” which include: affordable point of entry for hospitality establishments, customer service focused approach with free 24/7 technical support and upgrades, customized entertainment and client recognition applications, hospitality niche specific inventory controls, and a multi-location polling feature that allows for real time access to records from any location, any time.

Solution :: Use a new tag line: “Get to the Point!” on all marketing materials to quickly illustrate the PointOS advantage.

Results :: Utilizing an integrated marketing approach, The Alexis Agency increased market awareness of PointOS via new marketing materials, a strategic business plan and media kit for successful entry into one of the world’s largest distribution networks. In addition, we earned valuable coverage in national, regional and local media.
